5 Outreach Email Templates for Connecting with Brands - #5 You want to become a brand ambassador

We put together five different email templates to help you get in touch with the brands you love. Try this template if you are looking to start an official, ongoing relationship with a brand.

You’ve followed and loved a brand for years, and your aesthetic would be a perfect match for the brand. You would love to create for them on a regular basis, and eventually become a brand ambassador.

Nikki is a makeup artist. They contact Sherry, Director of Communications at an independent New York-based makeup brand.

Hello [Sherry],

I’m [Nikki], a [makeup artist and LGBTQ+ activist]. I create [makeup videos and tutorials] that I post to my audience on [YouTube and Tik Tok].

I’ve been following [your brand] since 2017, and since then I’ve mentioned your brand [34 times]. I'm a huge fan of your products, especially your [Glitter line].

I love the work you do with [name of another influencer], and I admire the loyalty and consistency of your partnership. I have a similar bond with [a different but relevant brand], and together we’ve worked on [name of campaigns, directly linked to posts]. So I know how much difference a trusting and genuine relationship can make!

I’d love to partner with your brand in a similar capacity. If you’re interested in working with me, let me know and perhaps we can schedule a call this week!

This message works for a number of reasons:
- It shows you’re open to a range of collaborations.
- It demonstrates that you’re trustworthy since you successfully worked with another brand in a similar partnership.
- The brand can tell that you’re loyal and that you genuinely care about maintaining a strong connection.

Use the template to draft your outreach. Swap out the specific details with your own information, and insert direct links to your social media channels/blog. You're good to go!
